I had the pleasure to photograph Hamburg's award winning fish restaurant "Underdocks" and some of its signature dishes.
The young founders of the "Underdocks" in Hamburg revolutionized the city's most famous fast food - the "Fischbrötchen" and won multiple awards for the concept. They serve their own delicious version of the traditional dish with a modern twist and brought it back to the streets.
